Cool Homemade Mickey Cake

This Mickey Cake took maybe 3 hours all together with baking, making frosting and decorating and I love the way it turned out! I made an 8″ round pound cake for the bottom and I made another pound cake out of the Wilton ball pan for the top of ‘Mickey’s head’. Trimmed them up and frosted and fondanted everything. The ears are made of rice krispy treats covered in fondant and stuck in with toothpicks.
