Coolest Hello Kitty Cake

I carved a double layer sheet cake for the face of this Hello Kitty cake. Her ears is a separate cake as well as her bow. I used licorice for her whiskers. I used a star tip all over her face.

I carved a double layer sheet cake for the console of the Wii cake. The remote is a carved loaf pan size cake. All covered in marshmallow fondant. This was my first attempt at fondant outside my Wilton class.
