I WAS TRYING TO DO A CASTLE CAKE BUT THIS IS WHAT I ENDED UP WITH . NOT QUITE WHAT I HAD IN MIND BUT I GUESS IT WILL DO. IT’S JUST A CAKE AND WE ARE GOING TO EAT IT ANYWAY. IT’S FOR MY DAUGHTERS 3RD BIRTHDAY PARTY SUNDAY.

I used a 10 inch square pan for the bottom of the castle, and a 6 inch round for the top. The trees are sugar cones. I drew the windows and draw bridge with white icing and put gum drops around the castle and moat.
