Coolest Baby Einstein Birthday Cake

I had a friend that was throwing a Baby Einstein party for her sons first birthday. She asked me to make his Baby Einstein birthday cake, and I was more than willing! I made the Baby Einstein caterpillar cake for everyone and being that it was his first birthday, I felt that he needed his “own” cake.

I found a photo of the Baby Einstein logo and used it to make a cake for him. I colored the icing black to draw on the face and used black Twizzler licorice for the hair. I kept it in place with toothpicks that we took out when he “ate” his cake.
