Im a culinary student and this is my first birthday cake i done. My nephew loves cars so i decided to make him a lighting mcqueen cake. This cake is filled with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries. The frosting is a vanilla buttercream. I made the car according to the car sketch i created. Then made a race track around with some hotwheels cars.
