I made this castle cake for my 5 year old daughter’s birthday and she was so surprised she said she was shocked. It is iced with butter cream and the castle came together pretty quick once you had baked the cakes. For the castle polls I used store bought jam rolls and the castle tower tips are iced ice cream cones.
The impact was amazing. My daughter was so thrilled with it she still talks now about it 6 months later. I would happily make this cake again.
