This Koala cake was made using the frozen butter cream transfer technique. I drew the koala freehand, transferred it to another piece of paper backwards, then put wax paper on top and did the design in butter cream frosting. Once frozen, you can peel off the wax paper and put it on the cake.

I used a 10 inch square pan for the bottom of the castle, and a 6 inch round for the top. The trees are sugar cones. I drew the windows and draw bridge with white icing and put gum drops around the castle and moat.
