This Baby Birthday Cake is a 3d baby laying on its stomach with her bum in the air. The client wanted something good and it is made with vanilla cake, half a soccer ball shape and a 6inch cake that makes the face. The legs or feet and arms is made with plastic icing.
I have seen many other cakes on the internet like this Baby Cake so I had to give it a try. I used the sportball cake pan for the rump and I used a 6inch two layer cake for the top. Everything was decorated in fondant.
