This Homemade Hello Kitty Birthday Cake is a 10″ round covered in white fondant. Flowers and polka dots are cut out of fondant with a cookie cutter. The ribbon is cut out of fondant with a fondant ribbon cutter. And Hello Kitty is cut out of fondant free hand.
