I used a picture I found searching for a Hello Kitty coloring page as a stencil for this cake. I enlarged the picture and used it to cut out the shape of the cake. The Hello Kitty cake is decorated with buttercream.

I made this Hello Kitty Birthday Cake for my daughter’s third birthday. It is a two tier “Fun-fetti” cake mix with a layer of buttercream frosting. I covered the cake with a homemade marshmallow fondant and made colored polka dots from the fondant. I added a pink fondant bow and a cute Hello Kitty candle.
