I made the bananas from Rice Crispie treats (my first try), covered them with fondant and baked an A4 size cake with white and yellow butter icing to put them on. It was such a good feeling seeing the reaction of the grandparents when they collected this cake. Anything is possible. I loved the sculpting.
The Minnie Mouse birthday cake I made for my baby girl’s 2nd birthday. It’s a red velvet bottom layer yellow butter top covered in marshmallow fondant. The Minnie topper and the Minnie mouse head and name are all made from flood icing which I must say is my few found FAV media to work with!
