This is my second cake made for my child’s 4th birthday. This Castle Cake is a sponge cake with vanilla frosting made with butter and Crisco and the small balls are made of fondant. It would be perfect if fully made of fondant.

This castle cake is all edible. Made homemade cakes and worked from bottom all the way up. Also made homemade buttercream icing, bought fondant for the very last coating.
