The princess castle cake turned out really well. The castle was made using an 8-inch on the bottom and a 6-inch on top. The castle kit has all the windows, and the top plate with the flag as well as the separator plate.
For this cake castle, I used a Wilton bundt cake pane. The windows are made out of pink foil – I also wrapped the same foil around paper cones and made the flags for the tops. I used sugar cubes along the top edge of the cake.

I brushed warm apricot jam on the sugar cones and rolled them is sugar glitter. Door, windows and flowers are made from gum paste. I used watermelon slices around the bottom layer and kissables around the top layer.
