Fun Homemade Construction Site Cake

I made this for my 2 yr. olds b-day. He crawls into everything, We nicknamed him “dozer”, so I thought a construction site birthday party would be good.

I made 2 cakes, one a 13X9 and a 8X8. Yes, I had extra cake mix so i made a small cake just for him. I layed the smaller cake to the edge and cut the corner at an angle for the slope of the road. Then I just iced with brown for the site and green for the grass. I used little construction site trucks and signs that I bought at Wal-mart. I used chocolate covered peanuts for the big rocks. It was very easy and everyone loved it!
