Cool Cookie Monster Cake

This cake is so easy.  Seriously.  A 12 year old did it.

My neighbors daughter wanted to come learn how to decorate a cake, to enter into the local country show.  She had an idea of a Cookie Monster cake. Within 2 minutes of showing her how to pipe (with a grass tip nozzle), she was decorating the rest of the cake.

The photo of her cake went onto Pinterest and has been re-pinned hundreds of times!  I made a quick YouTube video on how to decorate this cake. Oh, and her cake got 1st place at the show.

It is a 10 inch round cake, blue butter cream, ‘grass tip’ nozzle, choc chip cookies, fondant mouth and eyes.
