I made this tri layer red velvet cake for our 5th anniversary in 2012. I decorated it with white chocolate cream cheese frosting. Made two cupcakes with the same batter to get the crumbs which I used around the sides of the cake. Dropped few silver glitter balls and two sugar hearts on the top. Simple and easy, isn’t it?
