White Homemade Number One Birthday Cake

I made this white 1st Birthday cake for my niece.

I used my usual white cake (secret!!) recipe that I won’t even give my family, but they all love it.

I made two 9×13″ slabs, left the bottom layer whole (to get more servings out of it) and shaped the top layer into the “1”. Store-bought some sugar flowers to decorate, and since her favorite color is purple, we went with yellow and purple trims.
