I made this Angelina Ballerina cake for a very special friend for her 30th.
Hand drawn design cut out into a template and used to cut the cake’s shape out of 2 large square cakes. Filled in the middle and iced on the sides with a delicious chocolate ganache (half cream and half chocolate melted together on steamy water and left to cool to a spreadable consistency).
I use Wilton Icing Gels to colour my buttercream icing and either black icing or licorice can be used to do the outlining and some gold edible balls for decorational purposes.
Well, I can actually say: THIS IS REALLY the coolest Angelina Ballerina Cake! Awesome job!!!
