This is my first Angry Bird Cake. At first I doubted myself that I can make a very cute cake as I’m not in to Angry Bird “Fever”. I made this cake for Arvin 6th birthday party. Alvin’s mom and I work in the same company. That’s why she trusted me to design and make the cake.
The first thing that I did was making the pigs and the birds. I covered Delfi Choco Balls with fondant so it tastes great. For the blue birds, I used Chacha Crispy as it’s smaller than the Choco Balls. For the woods, I covered cheese wafers with fondant and I used raw fettucini to make them standing.
The cake was made from steamed chocolate cake, filled with melted choco and I covered the cake with choco ganache. After that, I chilled the cake, cut it to make counture then covered it with fondant. The result was great and Arvin loved it!
