My name is Judy and I made this ballerina cake for my first customer. I have never made a cake to sell, I usually make cakes for my family. I love trying out new things and making cakes is MY NEW THING LOL… So far I have made 4 cakes, including this one. I never took any classes I have relied on Google and YouTube. Enough about me.
The cake is a homemade Dominican style cake with a crema de leche filling. I also used butter cream inside. I bought Wilton already rolled fondant and dyed some for the decorations. The decorations were inspired by Angelina Ballerina. I custom made the cake base with cardboard, fabric and glitter ribbon.
