A friend of mine asked me to make her daughter a barbie doll cake. It was my first time so obviously I was nervous but this Barbie Doll Birthday Cake Idea is what I made.
I baked a three layered cake, one doom and two round 9″ cakes. I sandwiched them with a bit of fresh cream and them covered the rest of the body with white fresh cream. I plugged the doll in and decorated the dress with pink freshcream flowers and silver balls.
It was awesome! The little girl loved it!
