I used the Wilton doll cake pan and a ballerina Barbie for this Barbie Doll Birthday Cake Idea. I like that the outfit is already painted right on the doll so I didn’t have to make a fondant top for the dress. I used 1 1/2 yellow cake mixes and white frosting to crumb coat. The pink MMF was made with strawberry flavored marshmallow and the orange was made with regular ones with dye added. I used little gold strings of beads on the front and around the waist.
This was really the easiest cake I have ever made.
