This is my first Homemade Barbie Doll Birthday Cake Idea I ever made. I got the idea of making this cake in the internet. I used 2 packets of chiffon cake. I shaped and trimmed the cake like a gown. Since there was already a hole in the center I just inserted the doll easily then put some excess cake from the trimming I made.
I covered the cake with butter icing from Wilton recipe. The decoration was the hard part but I was able to do it slowly. Here is the finished product.
