Cute Homemade Barbie Doll Blue Birthday Cake Idea

I had this Barbie Doll Birthday Cake Idea for my daughter’s 4th birthday. She wanted a doll cake so this was my attempt to make her wish come true. I made 2 round pound cakes and one small half a circle cake. I put strawberries and whipped cream in between the layers. Cut a whole for the Barbie to slide through, then wrapped her legs in plastic wrap and inserted her up to her waist.

I iced the cake with whipped buttercream icing. I used a star tip for the shirt. I added small sugar pearls for detail. I also added a few small flowers for decoration. This cake was actually not that hard to make. This was my first time and it came out decent.
