My daughter wanted a Homemade Barbie Fairy Birthday Cake for her 6th birthday. She also wanted the “Barbie Fairytopia” movie. I was able to combine both ideas for a great girlie birthday cake!
Using a 2 qt batter bowl, I made the skirt for the doll and covered it with marshmallow fondant. The doll sat on two layers of chocolate, covered with buttercream icing: one green for the grass and the other blue with star.
