This Baseball Cake was so easy! I baked a French vanilla cake mix in a 10 inch pan at 350 for about 38-40 min. After it was cooled, I turned it out on a pan, then turned it over again on the platter I was using so it was mounded on top.
I covered the whole thing in fluffy white frosting, then I used Wilton red decorating icing for the laces. Put a bag of sweetened coconut in a plastic bag, and green food coloring & shake until it’s covered & looks like grass. I then put some shortening down around the cake so the “grass” would stick, and that’s it!
