Our son wanted a baseball themed cake so my wife and I made our own fondant from a recipe we found online using marshmallows and powdered sugar. We decorated this Baseball Field Birthday Cake with the fondant. Fondant is a lot harder to use than you’d think if you’ve never used it before, and making your own is not for the faint of heart.
