My husband always complains that I take more than 75% of bed space while sleeping. So,on his birthday I thought of giving him a surprise gift… it indeed brought a smile on his face. He just loved eating it too.. Please excuse the perfection as two crying kids aged 2 and a half and 5 months were at home full day.
How I made the cake:
Base is moist chocolate cake baked in a rectangular tin. After baking I cut it into two halves and put vanilla butter cream icing in between and all over. First I made all bed decorations using fondant and later made the lady and gentleman. I was very happy when I got the correct expression I wanted (esp, the man’s face).
The cake was indeed a super duper hit among all our friends and I got lots of compliments. Hope you like it.
