The mayo on this Birthday Burger Cake is buttercream and the tomatoes are candy wafers molded in a sour cream container lid, but everything else is rolled buttercream. To make the meat look burgerish we covered this layer with chocolate rolled buttercream and crumpled up some tin fold and pressed it into the fondant.
