Coolest Castle Birthday Cake

For my daughter’s 2nd birthday, I decided to make a castle birthday cake. I visited coolest birthday cake.com. Finally, I decided to buy the princess castle set from Michel

I made more than 500 flowers and leaves.

The cake was a two-tier cake castle wrapped in fondant. Turrets covered in Royal icing and red colour sugar. Towers piped with royal icing to make leaves and vines.

My daughter loved this cake for her second birthday. Hope you enjoy it too!
