This Castle Birthday Cake is a very simple castle to make. I used two boxed cake mixes and prepared 2 9×13 cakes and layered. I used Wilton buttercream frosting to frost the cake. Towers are made of ice cream cones “glued” together end to end with white chocolate. Waffle cones were covered in melted white chocolate and sprinkles put on.
I frosted the regular cones to help blend in with the “building”. Pumpkins are made from candy peanuts and sour apple rings.
