I used the Wilton Castle cake kit (which I love) to make this Castle Birthday Cake Design. It was for a little girl’s 1st birthday. It was a chocolate cake with Snickers filling covered in homemade marshmellow fondant. I used the Duff brick pattern sheet ( I bought them at Michaels) which work great to make the brick pattern. Gum paste flowers and accents finished it off.
It was a lot of fun to make and a huge success at the party.
