This particular castle cake I made for my sister in law for her baby shower. This cake took me about three days to make in total. The longest time was spent on the tiny flowers.
Fondant was used for the flowers and regular buttercream icing was used for the remainder of the cake. I have to say there was a lot of work that went into this cake, but I really enjoyed it.
