Coolest Castle Cake

I made this castle cake for a 5 yr old girl. I made 2 8″ square cakes with strawberry flavor and 5 cupcakes to make another story of the castle. For towers used two kinds of ice cream cones. One which has a broader base for bottom and cones for top.

I coated the base cone with white butter cream icing and top cone with pink butter cream icing. I rolled the top cones in pink sprinkles to give it a shiny look. Assembled the square cake on top of each-other and filled strawberry flavored whipped cream in which I added a little red color to make it pink. I covered the entire cake with same pink whipped cream.

Put the three cupcakes on the top of cake and one more cupcake on top of three cupcakes. I covered them with whipping cream as well. Assembled the ice cream cones on all four sides of cake and also on top of the cake. I used wafer cookies to make windows and doors. I used star tip to decorate the cake and leaf tip and various tips to make flowers and leaves around the tower.

I placed the princess around the cake and voila the cake is ready.
