This is a Disney Princess Castle Birthday Cake made for a little girl’s eleventh birthday. It is a two tiered cake on a single 16 inch square cake which was used for the base. The base layer was covered with green butter cream icing to resemble a grassy area. The base of the castle is constructed of two stacked fourteen inch squares. The top level of the castle is constructed of two eight inch squares.
The entire cake was covered in white fondant imprinted with a block design. The base of the towers was made from flat bottomed ice cream cones covered with white fondant imprinted with a block design. The top of the towers was made from pointed bottomed ice cream cones turned upside down and topped with a fondant ball. The windows and doors were all made from fondant. The princess’ and candles were purchased items that were added to the cake.

Lovely luscious looking cake. For an older girl, you can add a prince on a horse – Chocolate horse- of course. Love the ice cream cone idea!!
It must have taken time to get this so nicely done. Awesome cake
The detail, concept, and overall appearance is by far the best I’ve seen. Its so conventional in concept but so original in appearance that any little girl would feel like a princess if she had this cake on her birthday. Very well done
