Cool DIY Choo Choo Train Cake

For my son’s 2nd birthday I decided to make a homemade Choo Choo train Cake for him as he loves choo choo trains. I worked from my imagination only and created a 3D sculpture of a train by stacking together various sponge cake shapes, iced with coloured frosting and lollies to create grass and train tracks. It took over 4 hours to make and was everything I wanted it to be. I was very proud with myself.
