Coolest Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs Cake

My husband’s cousin asked me to make a cake for her son’s birthday. He loves the movie,”Cloudy with a chance of meatballs”, and so she wanted requested “Flint”, the main character and a can of “Spray on shoes”. I used malt ball candy for the meatballs.
