I made this Cookie Monster Birthday Cake for my mum for her birthday. I really wanted to make a character birthday cake and she kindly let me make one for her birthday. I iced it in blue icing and stippled it a bit with a spatula to make it look like fur.
The eyes are large marshmallows with brown M&M’s on top. I then broke the chocolate biscuits in half and then stuck them into the icing to make the mouth. I also put cookies around the outside for decoration.
