Coolest Cookie Monster Cookie Birthday Cake

I made this Cookie Monster Cookie Birthday Cake for my friend’s 19th birthday back in 2008. She is in love with the character so I thought this was a good idea to make for her.

For this cake, I used regular cookie mix (Betty Cocker). Then I used blue and black icing for the eyes, body, and mouth. This was really inexpensive to make and the cool thing about it, was that it was made out of cookies! How yummy is that?

This is a perfect choice if you do not want to spend a lot of money.
