Coolest Cookie Monster Eats his Cookie Cupcake

I started this Cookie Monster Eats his Cookie Cupcake with your Basic Cupcake.

I decided to add coconut to the icing to give him that “fur” look. Marshmallows cut in half for the eyes, basic black frosting for the center. Chips Ahoy Choc. Chip Cookies were the perfect size for his mouth.

These were very simple and a HUGE hit at my nephew’s 2nd birthday party. It was the beginning of my adventure in the art of cupcake decorating.
