Cool Homemade Dinosaur Cake Using Wilton Cake Release

I made this dinosaur cake for my 6 year old’s birthday, he loves everything dinosaur. I used a dinosaur cake pan, I also used Wilton cake release and really made sure to put it in the crease of the pans so I could see the out line of the dinosaur.

I then decorated with homemade butter cream. I used 2 different colors to make the contrast better. I then used chocolate icing colored black to out line the features.(hint: if you use chocolate icing it does not take as much black tint).

I usually freehand my cakes but this one I liked with the cake pan.
