For this coolest Disney CARS birthday cake I used an 11 x 15 sheet pan. This cake was for my 2 year old and 4 year old boys birthday party (their birthday’s are May 3rd and May 4th). The boys LOVED the cake and I had several parents ask me where I had purchased the cake because their son would love to have one!
To decorate the cake I used the oh so simple star method on the whole cake! I made the road with black icing and used white icing for the dotted line, then did brown for some “dirt” for Mater to hang out in and then green for the grass. Around the edge of the cake I alternated black and white for a “checkered flag” effect.
