Cool Homemade Dorothy Dinosaur Cake

This Dorothy Dinosaur cake was for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. I used a white chocolate mud cake recipe for this cake and enlarged a picture I traced from my daughter’s Wiggles book and cut out the shape of Dorothy.

I used Betty Crocker’s ready made icing for the green (adding green food dye). I then used white royal icing for her hat, teeth and eyes and queen writing icing for most other icing decorations, was actually quite easy to decorate once I had the shape etc. My daughter absolutely loved the cake!
