I used the Wilton Harry Potter cake pan and morphed Harry into Edward! Bake cake according to package directions. Then I always freeze my cakes overnight before decorating. Makes them so much easier to handle!
I frosted his face with a very pale skin tone and his hair and eyebrows with chocolate. Then I added some copper “highlights”.
I outlined his face, nose, and mouth with a slightly darker skin tone and added red lips. I outlined his eyes in chocolate, added the pupils, and filled in the eyes with gold, black for his t-shirt, and chocolate for his jacket. Then I sprinkled edible glitter all over his face so he’d sparkle like Edward!
I made this Edward Cullen Cake for my daughter’s 21st birthday. She absolutely loved it. And to be honest, so did I!!
