I baked and decorated this electric guitar cake for my neighbor’s little girl. I used my daughter’s electric guitar as a model, made all the knobs, strings, etc. with fondant in the girl’s favorite colors. It took three 1/4 sheet cakes to cut the cake out in the right size. I used buttercream icing to hold the cakes together.
I covered the entire cake with icing then used fondant to cover it for a smooth finish.
