This Elephant Cake was made for a lady that loves Elephants! The top cake was a Wilton elephant cake pan on top of a 12×18 sheet cake! The elephant was iced with star tip #16 and outlined with tip #5!
The flowers, stems, leaves and bow were all made a few days before out of gum paste and attached with gum glue and secured with toothpicks! The grass was tip # 48, and the top border was a reverse shell with tip #21, while bottom border was tip #21 regular shell!
Ears & eyes were filled in with tip #12 and eyelashes were tip #5! The sheet cake was thin iced and final iced with white homemade butter cream!
