I made this for my God-Son’s 3rd Birthday… really easy to do… eyes white icing smoothed with dipping finger in water, black circle eye ball. Orange nose, smooth with dipping finger in water. Dye icing with red (no taste Wilton’s food color) grass tip and go to town… board left over orange icing smooth, put decorations… letters cut from red fondant. Personalize candles cut down and placed on icing to hold.
