This suitcase cake was made for a boy who was celebrating his 17th birthday and in the close future is going back home to Latvia from Dubai, where he was studying.
The suitcase cake is filled with vanilla sponge layered with mango-passion fruit cream cheese, moist with mango- passion fruit puree, some pieces of mango fruit added. The cake is decorated with fondant and edible pictures, some final touches added with edible paints.
