I made this cake for my husband’s 30th Birthday Party. I got the idea from a Father’s Day cake I found in a recipe book. I took two sheet cakes and stacked them, cutting some what of a tray out of the top layer.
I then applied a crumb coating and covered store bought dark chocolate fondant. I made the cover out of cardboard and covered with the extra fondant. The cigars are made from chocolate molds as well as the Masonic symbol. The corners were “painted” with gold dust mixed with vodka.
I would like a recipe for this cake. I know my Dad would love it. It is such a lovely made cake.

Lovely cake. Looks like you put a lot of time and thought into it. My husband is also a Mason. I may attempt this for him as well.
Well done, it truly is a beautiful cake.
I encourage you as a pastry chief myself, to take your talent further.
