My inspiration for this cake is my inspiration for most of my cakes-my husband. He is a huge nfl fan we watch every game and when the super bowl comes around its a big deal at my house. My husband brought home a super bowl magnet the week before the super bowl and it made me want to make a cake for our super bowl cake. I used the football pan by Wilton and just star tipped the whole thing. Then I attached the magnet and two gold football helmets I got at a local cake supply store and that’s what I came up. It was a great addition to the party, and very simple.
